- Nous sommes dans la production fruitière et agriculture biologique . On fait aussi de l'élevage bovins, on est en prairie naturelle, et nous faisons aussi de la farine de châtaigne, de l'huile d'olive occasionnellement lorsqu'il y a des olives et tout les ans on fait des agrumes, fruits rouges, prunes et figues. C'est une grosse responsabilité. C'est un métier très dur surtout en agriculture de montagne. On est noyé dans la masse à AJACCIO par rapport au revendeur, ce salon est une reconnaissance pour nous car nous sommes bien distingués.

Si fa anche degli allevamenti bovini, siamo in prateria naturale, e facciamo anche della farina di castagna, dell'olio di oliva occasionalmente quando ci sono delle olive e tutti gli anni si fa degli agrumi, frutti rossi, prugne e fichi. È una grossa responsabilità. È un mestiere molto duro soprattutto in agricoltura di montagna. Siamo ingolfati nella massa in Aiaccio rispetto al rivenditore, questo salone è una riconoscenza per noi perché siamo molto distinti .
