- J'ai repris l'exploitation de mon père depuis 2008 et c'est une exploitation d’ovins pour le lait avec transformation fromagère. On fait de la tome type sartenaise, ce sont des produits de race corse, il n'y a pas d'importation de lait, tout est produit ici, on fait du brocciu, brocciu passu, des pots de casgiu minattu, c'est du vieux fromage, on fait aussi des pâtisseries avec le brocciu frais, le fiadone et des tourtes. Actuellement on a 150 brebis. J'ai repris les clients particuliers de mes parents, ça fait 25 ans qu'ils font ce métier. On fait les marchés sur PORTO-VECCHIO le dimanche, le samedi sur SARTENE, le mercredi sur BONIFACCIO mais aussi quelques foires rurales. On félicite l'organisation pour ce salon.

Si fa del tomo tipo sartenaise, sono dei prodotti di razza corsa, non c'è importazione di latte, tutto è prodotto qui, si fa del brocciu, brocciu passu, dei vasi di casgiu minattu, è del vecchio formaggio, si fa anche delle dolce col brocciu fresco, il fiadone e dei pasticci. Attualmente si ha 150 pecore. Ho ripreso i clienti particolari dei miei genitori, ciò fa 25 anni che fanno questo mestiere. Si fa i mercati in PORTO-VECCHIO la domenica, il sabato in SARTENA, il mercoledì in BONIFACCIO ma anche alcune fiere rurale. Si congratula con l'organizzazione per questo salone.
