- C'est un domaine que j'ai repris, il est situé sur la plaine de PERI, c'est un grand domaine pour le vin, il est tombé dans l'oubli et moi j'espère faire revenir au goût du jour les vins de la PERACCIA. Ce domaine je l'ai repris en 2008, c'est mon premier vin. J’apprends tout du métier grâce à l'ancien exploitant à qui j'ai repris l'exploitation. Je demande le label BIO, car je grossis le nombre d'agriculteur en Biologique. Le BIO c'est avant tout une philosophie de travail. La viticulture est assez épuisante pour un sol, c'est une plantation qui dure longtemps donc on l'épuise assez facilement. Je pense que l'on ne peut pas faire ce métier sans passion, la passion est un moteur.
- È una proprietà che ho ripreso, è localizzata sulla pianura di Peri, è un grande campo per il vino, è caduto nell'oblio e spero fare ritornare al gusto dal giorno i vini del PERACCIA. Ho ripreso questa proprietà nel 2008, è il mio primo vino. Apprendo tutto del mestiere grazie al vecchio gestore a cui ho ripreso lo sfruttamento. Chiedo il marchio BIO, perché ingrosso il numero di agricoltore in Biologico. Il BIO è innanzitutto una filosofia di lavoro. La viticoltura è abbastanza estenuante per un suolo, è una piantagione che dura molto tempo dunque lo si esaurisce abbastanza facilmente. Penso che non si può fare questo mestiere senza passione, la passione è un motore.

It is a domain which I took back, it is situate on the plain of PERI, it is a big domain for the wine, it sink into oblivion and I I hope to make the PERACCIA’s wives be in line with current tastes. I took back this domain in 2008, it is my first wine. I learn everything of the job thanks to the former farmer who I took back the vineyard . I ask for the Organic label, because I enlarge the number of farmer in Biological. The BIO it is above all a working philosophy. The vine growing is rather exhausting for a ground, it is the plantation which lasts for a long time so we exhaust it rather easily. I think that we cannot make this job without passion, the passion is the mainspring.
